1. Acceptance
By accessing swipefix.app or purchasing any SwipeFix product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. You must be 18 years of age or older to use SwipeFix.
2. The Service
SwipeFix provides AI-generated dating profile analysis and rebuild reports delivered digitally. Reports are generated automatically with no human involvement. You understand that results are generated by artificial intelligence and represent analysis and suggestions, not guarantees of any outcome.
3. No Outcome Guarantees
SwipeFix makes no representations or warranties regarding dating outcomes, match rates, response rates, or relationship results. We are responsible for the quality and delivery of your report. We are not responsible for the behavior, decisions, or responses of other people on dating applications. Individual results will vary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SwipeFix only for lawful purposes and only for your own personal dating profile. You agree not to submit content that belongs to another person without their consent, submit false or misleading information, attempt to reverse-engineer or reproduce our service, or use our service for any commercial purpose without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All SwipeFix content, branding, copy, and report templates are the intellectual property of SwipeFix, Inc. Your personalized report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any SwipeFix report or content without written permission.
6. Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Digital products are delivered automatically upon payment confirmation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SwipeFix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeFix, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
