1. Who We Are
SwipeFix, Inc. ("SwipeFix," "we," "us," or "our") operates swipefix.app and provides AI-powered dating profile analysis and rebuild services. Contact us at hello@swipefix.app with any privacy-related questions.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including: your name, email address, dating app name, photo descriptions, bio text, prompt answers, and any other profile information you submit through our forms. We also collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: deliver your SwipeFix report via email, process your payment, send transactional and marketing emails (which you can unsubscribe from at any time), improve our service, and comply with legal obligations. Your profile content is processed by an AI system to generate your personalized report.

4. AI Processing
Your submitted profile information is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and report generation. This processing is automated and involves no human review of your content. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of API data and is available at anthropic.com.

5. Data Retention
Your profile submission data is retained for 30 days after your report is delivered, then permanently deleted. Your email address and purchase records are retained for as long as necessary for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing delete@swipefix.app.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business, including: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), Klaviyo (email delivery), and Airtable (order management). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and applicable law.

7. Cookies
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and landing page optimization (Hotjar). You can disable cookies in your browser settings. We use a cookie consent mechanism where required by law.

8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@swipefix.app. We will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR.

9. Children
Our service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately at hello@swipefix.app.

10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encrypt stored profile submissions and limit access to personal data.

11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
